Panty Peeking Punishment

Well, well, Little Miss Panty Peeker. You can’t keep your eyes off of Mommy’s skirt and panties can you? I told you if this continues that we will have to do something about it. I have a pink blindfold that will stop that.  But that’s just for starters. I also have a short fluffy dress, and the frilliest of pink panties to wear underneath that skirt.
