Oh honey you look a little……ill.  Come here to Nurse Betty and lets see if I can make you feel any better.  Now I know this will be uncomfortable but it’s all for the best.  Now, let’s get that diaper off, and up on the exam table you go.  I need to take your temp.  Oh no, I don’t want you to open your mouth for the thermometer, this one goes some place completely different, roll onto your tummy, get on your knees and get that little bum up in the air.  Now now, no crying, it’s all for the best.
