Sun Burnt

I have been out in the sun the last few days and I just came in and today for some reason I have a wildly bad case of sun burn.  I’m talking Maine Lobster skin here!  Not good at all.  My skin feels tight and it’s painful!  I put a lot of spf 7000 on too.  I guess I will be moving very carefully for the next couple of days and I hope this doesn’t doom me to a lot of wrinkles when I get older.  If you are outside in the sun, please be careful and pay attention to the amount of time you are out there, and don’t fall asleep as I did.
