I used to work out all the time, and then I laxed off. I did yoga and played soccer. Yesterday I worked out for the first time in a very long time and OMGOSH I AM SOOOOOOOOOOO SORE today. My fingers even hurt, I am in pain even typing this. *giggles* I am laughing at myself for allowing my body to get to the point where I am sore again like I used to be when I first started to exercise every day. It’s going to be hard getting back into the swing of things again, especially with yoga. If you have never tried yoga it’s much harder then it looks. You stretch and tone every muscle in your body all at the same time. I would have to say for me the Warrior Pose is the hardest, my legs were shaking after holding it for a few minutes. Wish me luck and that I am not so sore tomorrow when I work out again. If anyone has any pointers on how to not be sore, please call me and let me know what they are. Luv ya all, Jenna 1-888-430-2010
