I just came across a article on a some judge in los Fresnos who I think is a genius. Why you ask? Well he gave the parents of a student who has a truancy record the option to pay a five hundred dollar fine or to paddle the child right there in court. BRAVO I say…however Justice of the Peace Gustavo Garza has been punished by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.

I think that we should enact a law that spanks and paddles congress when they act stupid. And I mean 24×7, in-your-face, round-the-clock spankings of our fearless leaders when they do stupid things.
